Mobile on purpose! Our traveling coffee + energy bar provides hand-crafted espresso drinks, Ultimate Cold Brews, Loaded Frappes, vibrant RevUp Energy Drinks, and refreshing layered lemonades. Using premium quality syrups and locally roasted beans, our original recipes and unique flavor combinations have been winning over fans since 2023. Serving a 9 county area (and growing!), we're able to bring gourmet beverages when and where YOU want them most, delivering a sought-after amenity to the doorsteps of hard working health campuses, schools, colleges, corporate offices and community events. Our Story
A dream in the making
Reve (pronounced 'rev'), a French word for dream, began as our dream to create a business from our passion: really, really good coffee...more easily accessible. Check out our story below!
Jess spent years touring coffee roasters and learning brewing methods to hone her craft. With a seasoned background in Operations and Business Management, she gave up the 9-5 and went all-in to try her hand at entrepreneurship. She learned the business side of the coffee industry and studied consumer trends, all while developing a business plan that would later evolve into Reve Coffee Co.
In 2023, it was time to set the plan into action. Husband and wife team Jim and Jess Morrison converted an empty cargo trailer into a full blown coffee shop on wheels! Mobile by design, the shop's beautiful interior and sleek boutique exterior elevate guests' food truck experience, and set the tone for the quality and attention put into every hand-crafted drink.

After launching, business took off quickly! Fans began driving from hours away just to try their drinks and they continue to work hard to create an experience and beverage you'll love, every single time.
Reve now serves multiple communities within Southern Minnesota from May-November and books out months in advance. They partner with many local businesses to enrich community events, help with fundraising, and provide a unique one-of-a-kind experience for your daily cup, weddings, grad parties, corporate campuses and events.
Reve's story is one of dedication to the craft, passion to follow a dream, and enriching the communities they serve. As their motto states, they are always moving "Onward + Upward" to provide you nothing less than a cup of the best.

On-Site Service
We bring our mobile coffee shop right to your doorstep!
Guests love the convenience and it's what being mobile is all about! Choose from public (open to all) or private vending (closed to public).
Frequent requests include business sites, teacher and staff appreciation, fitness centers, health campuses, sporting events, local events + festivals, and more! Often there is no fee if your business site is big enough (has enough staff and we feel we can meet minimum sales requirements), is open to public vending, and you're willing to market us. Private vending is a contracted service with deposit and minimum sales amounts required (met by you or paying guests).
We ensure all lot permissions, insurance, proper licensing, city ordinances and safety requirements are taken care of.

Weddings + Graduation Parties
Our sleek trailer and customizable menu provide a unique and memorable, one-of-a-kind experience for your guests. We work together with you or your coordinator to ensure the event is a success! Several package tiers to choose from, including hours of service, custom drinks, customized menu and add ons. This is contracted service with deposit and chosen package price due.
We ensure all lot permissions, insurance, proper licensing, city ordinances, and safety requirements are taken care of. Send us a message and we'll get booking info to you!

Corporate Catering
Contracted service specific to your needs. Choose from private on-site service with the coffee trailer and custom menus, or drop catering which includes a self-service beverage bar of multiple 50 oz carafes, 1 gallon ready-to-pour carry out containers or large cambros to serve big groups.
Frequent requests include business meetings, training events, large corporate seminars, staff appreciation and more. We've catered to corporate events as large as 500, and business/organization groups as small as 20. Contracts vary from a simple invoice, to deposits and custom pricing for large events. We ensure all lot permissions, insurance, proper licensing, city ordinances and safety requirements are taken care of.
